Privacy Policy for Gengill Google Ads Operations

Who we are

Gengill ehf., Eyjarslóð 1, 101 Reykjavík, Iceland, operates an internal tool for its own Google Ads account. The tool is used by authorized staff and operators, and is not offered to consumers or other advertisers.

Data we access

With an operator’s Google authorization, the tool may access Google Ads account identifiers, campaigns, ads, settings, search terms, performance, spending and conversion summaries available to that operator. The Google Ads permission also allows changes to ads and campaigns. The tool does not request access to Gmail or Google Drive.

How we use data

We use this data to review performance, prepare reports, plan campaigns and make changes to Gengill’s advertising when requested or approved by an authorized operator. We do not sell the data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Storage and service providers

Access credentials and advertising reports may be stored in systems controlled by Gengill for advertising operations and recordkeeping. Google and service providers used to operate the tool may process the data. We restrict access to authorized operators and keep data only as long as needed for those purposes.

Control and contact

An operator may revoke access in their Google Account settings. After revocation, the tool cannot use that operator’s authorization to access Google Ads. For questions or requests, contact gengill@gengill.is.
